I am a collector of cultural and historic stories. Having lived on the Big Island since 1977, I know a few choice stories and a lot of the secret places you don’t find on the map.
Malama o ka Aina, respect for the land and local culture is my philosophy and if you are in agreement, I will introduce you to the gentle fun loving island artists and beautiful hidden places of Hawaii island.

Each tour includes a gourmet locavore picnic lunch and yummy snacks.
Fresh & Local Organic Vegan, Vegetarian, or Omnivore options available. Some delicious food choices include: Fresh Island Fish, Locally grown organic fruits and veggies, Island eggs (I make a legendary gluten free Quiche) and when avocados are in season, a mouthwatering Avocado-Cacao Vegan mousse that everyone wants the recipe for (and I share).
Filtered Hawaiian rainwater and fresh squeezed tropical juices served with some island style.
Homegrown and organic: farm fresh eggs, local yellow tomato, hearts of palm, hamakua mushrooms, sweet red pepper, manzanilla eggplant and puna goat farm feta cheese (gluten free) Quiche. Yum!
